3 things to think about before considering homeschooling - pro tips from a veteran educator

🤯🤯Before you consider homeschooling your kids- I really want you to think about these things

1️⃣ does you or your partner have a job that has flexible scheduling?

because if you don't have a way to be at home with your kids or have your partner be at home with your kids or co-parent somehow is not going to work out

2️⃣you need to figure out how that's going to look like for your family schedule.

If This is going to hurt your family schedule in some way- that's a major issue.

3️⃣ does your state allow you to do what you want to do?

you do not want to have “yes, I'm going to do this- I'm going to choose this curriculum…”

If your state does not allow that and does not allow you to do certain things

🤯Most states have very rigorous check list items for you to fulfill

✅how many hours

✅what classes

✅what courses

📕do yourself a favor -think about those 3 things before homeschooling
